Nice intro to Portugal

Great driver.

Bad experience
Our flight arrived on time, the driver sent us a message as soon as we landed telling us that he was waiting for us at the meeting point, we responded that we were already on the ground and were heading there. 10 minutes later we were at the place he indicated to us, but the driver was not there, we tried to call him without success and after sending him several messages he answered that he was with another service, after a long wait and asking him what instructions we should follow, 35 more minutes Later he sent us a message telling us that he could pick us up in 30 minutes.
