How the payment works

There are two payment methods at your disposal:

1. Paypal

2. Credit Card (Via Stripe gateway)

You pay for your tour when you complete your booking online. This means that everything is confirmed and taken care of in advance so you don’t need to worry about any unpleasant surprises or having cash on you when you start your tour.

After payment processed, the invoice will be automatically generated in customer backend.

By selecting the option ‘Book and pay later’ your reservation will be in the status “pending”.

After this state, you can choose to pay online or pay offline.

You will also receive an email containing TOPTOUR’s bank details. In case you want to make the payment by transfer.

After clicking on the ‘Book and pay later’ button, you will be able to see the transaction in the backend. There’re two buttons, Submit Payment Receipt and Make An Online Payment.

For Make An Online Payment, you can perform an online payment via Paypal and Credit Card.

This button allows customers to submit payment receipt after they proceed the bank transfer.
